Our end-of-year letter is ready!
2025, what a nice, gentle year of growth and recognition. Thank you to everyone who was with us!
Our achievements in 2025 were much celebrated and we would like to share them with you:
- We have achieved 9,500 hours of consultancy work for 35 clients in almost 7 years;
- We have completed 20 projects in the areas of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 14064 (Quality, Environment and Greenhouse Gas Reporting) implementation, maintenance and training;
- We have participated in 8 World Quality Weeks, in person and online, with lectures translated into English and pounds, in the most diverse business segments - from onshore and offshore engineering to agribusiness;
- Stronger foundations (CREA, ABNT and ASQ), registration of our brand in the final stages with the INPI (new news soon!) and the Sebrae ESG Seal in the bronze category (viva viva viva!);
- Compliments and testimonials on LinkedIn (we love it!);
- We traveled in person to the states of Mato Grosso do Sul, Piauí and São Paulo, as well as dear Rio de Janeiro;
- We have expanded our international presence to the Netherlands and Angola;
- We had 80% female customers (it was inspiring to see so many women shining in engineering and the sciences);
- 9 articles published in our blog in our main themes of Quality and Sustainability;
- We have advanced in training on innovation management and information security to become more attentive to identifying customer problems and challenges;
- Our uniforms were worn and photographed a lot wherever we went (the new 2026 collection is on its way!).
In 2025, our manifesto, our genuine way of working, has been consolidated and we are increasingly confident:
- We don't want to be leaders or giants, but rather a strategic partnership to solve that most difficult and laborious challenge. We want to be increasingly recognized and efficient, so that we can fly higher;
- We don't focus on the competition, because we know that the more we look at them, the more we can look alike. Our focus will always be on our services and our clients! A legal entity is a person. Our personality is unique, just as each client is unique;
- We believe in the maxim that “delivering results consistently generates trust”. And trust is built by delivering what is promised, with transparency, respect for the characteristics of each company and always seeking the best cost-benefit ratio.
Finally, we wish you happy holidays with those we love.
In the midst of so much artificial intelligence, may the tight embrace continue to welcome us and make us even more willing to fight for a more prosperous 2026.
